 JEN KRUSE, CRMT
Our retreat facilitator, Jen Kruse, has been studying the brain, neuroscience, holistic forms of healing & self-transformation since the 90's. In addition to gathering techniques & conscious wisdom from all over the world, she's been working hands-on with clients at her office in Fargo, North Dakota since 2000.
Jen also created a few techniques of her own! One was proven highly effective when tested in a clinical mental health case study from 2010-2011. The patient had previously received 20 Years of significant mental health care with little to no improvement, but she is still enjoying the freedom & relief she found in 2011 through working with Jen in the case study. |

What to Expect at a Retreat?
This is hard to describe, as it is a mixture of techniques & healing methods, ancient and new. You will experience energy-healing, neuroscience, breathwork and awakening within, this is a unique experience and it is unlike anything you have ever experienced before.
You will experience healing in all parts of your being. This part is advanced new science, causing effects which will happen automatically within you. It will not be difficult for you, as a matter of fact, just lay there & we'll do it for you. You'll be surprised at how easy it really is!

Snack Or No Snack?
Believe it or not, this is one of our dilemmas. We want to provide snacks and drinks for the people attending our retreats. We go round and round about it, but ultimately we always decide that everyone should bring their own (water is supplied by the conference staff, if you should forget). When we asked those who have already attended our retreats, they said they were glad they brought their own, because their experiences were so incredible that they could hardly believe it was really happening. They admitted that they would have easily assumed that we put something in the food or drink.
For the purpose of knowing that your experiences are truly your own... We ask that you bring your own drinks & snacks to our events. While renting space at a convention center, even though we tell them we don't want anything other than chairs, they sometimes still have a lovely water dispenser set up on the corner table of the room.
WARNING: Don't drink the water!
