All About Me

 
 

How do you sum up a life which is so full in a few short paragraphs?  You can’t!  So here’s just a little bit about me.


I have four beautiful children, wonderful family and friends.  Don’t believe me?  Check out my Photos and see for yourself.


I am a personal health and wellness coach dedicated to helping others overcome food, weight and body preoccupations.  I specialize in helping chronic dieters, disordered eaters and others with a messed up relationship with food regain their natural ability to eat intuitively.  I also consider myself a body builder--helping individuals build a better body image.  I write numerous health and wellness articles, produce podcasts, teach courses at the community college (ACC), speak at public and private events and offer several seminars and workshops.  I am the founder of “Soulutions, for a happy, healthy you!” and a contributor and activist in the worldwide Health at Every Size movement.
